Portrait photography doesn’t have to mean standing against a white wall, smiling awkwardly and wondering what on earth to do with your hands. Although, if that’s exactly what you need, I can do that too. 

 

Whether you’re after a classic portrait, some professional headshots for work, something for your social media, or something a bit more creative, we’ll work out what suits you.

 

For me, the best portraits are the ones that actually look like you. I’ll work with you to get the right expression, mood, lighting and setting rather than just firing off a load of photos and hoping one works.

 

And if you’re not particularly comfortable in front of a camera, don’t worry. Most people aren’t. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do — that’s my job. I’ll guide you through it and we’ll keep things relaxed.

 

We can keep it simple and timeless, or we can get a bit more creative and see what happens. There are no rules saying a portrait has to look a certain way.
